Rashawn Richards is a British-Caribbean filmmaker, he established L.E.P.C in 2017. Rashawn made his progression into the industry shooting independent London artists and assisting in advertisement and film productions with companies like Banijay, Electric Robins, Initial, Wieden + Kennedy, NIKE and Pulse Films. While training under a wide range of programmes across London including Creative Mentor Network, Create Jobs, A New Direction, BFI Film Academy, London Film Academy and NEXUS ESG Founders programme to name a few. Rashawn is qualified in Digital Film production, Enterprise skills and Entrepreneurship.
Rashawn also has experience teaching and mentoring with youth networks and HMP Prison alongside the social enterprise Mediorite.
He wanted to create a platform that can maintains creativity, diversity and accessibility for fellow creative that also meets the demand for more engaging high quality work in various areas of media.

Kyle Buck (professionally known as ‘Koncxpt’) is a British-Caribbean musician, producer and composer who hails from the north London Borough of Enfield.
Kyle Co-founded NouGen; a record label and collective, set up to create a community of like-minded creative individuals from all areas of music to connect with one another, whilst also paving the way for the new generation of music. Thus far, members of the NouGen roster have accumulated over 2000+ streams across all streaming platforms, 500+ views on recorded live streams and have featured in 3 soundtracks.

Stacey Darkwaah Duah is a British-Ghanaian filmmaker hailing from the North London Borough of Islington. A talented wordsmith, screenwriter and film director.
In 2018, Stacey made her directorial debut (short form) with her colourism awareness film 'Chocolate Coloured Sweetheart'. The film had a successful festival run around the globe.
